You know, if I was a parent, it would be at this point that I’d rip the game from his hands, stash it in my backpack, and force him to enjoy history goddamnit. This vacation cost a lot and the game is only for the hotel and travel time.
imagine trying to force someone to think that stonehenge is fun
"look kid we’re a ridiculous distance from a bunch of broken rocks how could you possibly be bored this is totally an appropriate vacation spot for someone this age."
Let’s all be thankful you don’t have children.
A child more interested in an interactive game than an arrangement of stationary rocks? unacceptable. It cost me a lot of money to drag you here more than likely against your will! You expressed absolutely no desire to come here and experience this but you will enjoy it, damn it! Because children love learning when it means not being allowed to touch anything while quietly standing in a field squinting to make out vague details as no one bothers to engage or even acknowledge them.
I did get an apology from my coworker yesterday, because of his behaviour at the party, after talking to my boss… It was an okay apology, could have been better, but I just want to be over with this. I still feel like I’ve done something wrong even if I know I haven’t. I don’t feel like going to work today…
Sven Nordqvist is a Swedish illustrator whose best known books are Pettson och Findus (Pettson and Findus), the first which was published in 1985. The stories tell the adventures of an old farmer and his cat (What’s not to like?)
It’s clear why these charming illustrations became so popular. Over 6 million copies have been sold and the books have been translated into 44 different languages.
Nordqvist himself always wanted to be an illustrator but was not accepted by any art schools. Instead he studied architecture. He appears to have dove into an illustration career without any school training. Eventually, in 1983, he won an award for a children’s book and worked exclusively on chilren’s books after that.
I’m friends with his son.
You look AWESOME!
Thank you #><# Everyone is so kind!
It’s really hard to pose as Dany cause she doesn’t have any big exaggerated movements but she holds herself a certain way…I think I still need to perfect it. xD
I think you’re doing a great job cosplaying her! :3
Italian artist Anna Utopia Giordano has created a visual re-imagination of historic nude paintings, had the subjects conformed their bodies to what the 21st century considers an ideal of beauty. The results are revealing—and quite shocking in what they say about the modern attitude toward women’s bodies.
